Easy to use. The convenience of having the app is great. Its exciting to be able to open the app and easily see my tickets for my upcoming meet & greet! A good idea for an added feature would be a countdown for the event :)

So this app has good prices (for bea at least) and its easy to use, but whenever I press "place order" it freezes for a few seconds and then crashes! I have an iPhone 6 so I have no idea why its not working. Please fix this!

This was a wonderful experience! Not only is Bea Miller THE sweetest, but the M&G was amazing! It wasnt rushed at all! The only thing that could have been improved was there was a group of rude girls yelling at Bea while she was meeting with fans, distracting her. It would be nice if Host would tell them they cant be doing that, next time.

Short story: they are organized, timely, and make the already relatively low cost completely worth it for a fan experience with your favorite artist. Longer story: I asked them a bunch of questions on Twitter to make sure everything for my show would work out and they always responded with REAL answers promptly and accurately. I noticed this with a lot of other fans too. The day of the show, they were incredibly organized and were able to make sure that every fan-regardless of what else they were doing that day- had a great time and a personal and fun connection with the artist without blowing the bank, stalking, or not being able to do anything else with the day. Oh, and they maintained well being/safety and fun of the artists too from what I can tell. Really awesome company, I just wish more artists used them.

Responds to questions via email or twitter very quickly. Sent VIP itinerary email out week or two in advance. Best staff ever!

I have to say that HOST is the best VIP company. The customer service team goes above & beyond for their customers. Its incredible! Ive also never received such fast support from a VIP company before. If anyone ever asks me which VIP company to go to for the best experience, Id direct them straight to HOST!

I had the best m&g ever with Bea Miller who was represented by Host VIP people.. Everyone was super nice, I got tons of pics, price was fair, and was just an overall AMAZING EXPERIENCE.
